In a bizarre video released by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency to promote the Global Entry program, Santa Claus aka Kris Kringle applies for Global Entry after being fed up with those annoying immigration/customs lines.

Anyway, the Global Entry program is indeed quite invaluable to any frequent traveller since it massively cuts down the time waiting in immigration and customs lines. Global Entry members also get TSA Pre which cuts down the time in security lines for domestic travellers. Not to mention, Australia recognises Global Entry and allows US Citizens enrolled in Global Entry to use their Smartgate system. And, last but not least, the $100 enrollment fee for the Global Entry program is reimbursed by quite a few major credit cards today so it is in fact *free*.
