United Airlines and American Airlines have put economy class seats to Hawaii on sale from many Texas cities including Austin, San Antonio, El Paso to Maui, Kailua (Kona), Honolulu, Lihue (Kauai). Economy fares are mostly under $400 (except to Lihue on Kauai) and allow carry on bags. The flights are available from April – May, which happens to be the dry season in Hawaii. As always do your research for other dates on Google Flights before booking this itinerary. And please note there are other cities available with this deal such as ABQ, BOS, OKC, STL and more
This is an absolutely great deal! These fares are as low as I’ve seen it on AA or UA especially from Texas. Remember to bank these flights with Singapore Airlines because United is now revenue based.
On top of this I did a quick search for deals from Dallas and found that there were some decent deals on Virgin America/Alaska from Dallas at around $560:
I had a wonderful time on Maui last Thanksgiving and would love to go back though I’m not sure it’s within my travel plans for the near future. I would highly recommend the West Maui Mountains where I saw this amazing sunrise:
