There is nothing to write home about at the United Club Tokyo Narita. The space is exceptionally crowded and offers very little in terms of drinks or food. The very arrangement of the food and beverages was a put off for me, though I must admit that they had a vegetarian soup on offer. I still think it might be better than the United Club at Houston Intercontinental, but that’s not saying much. You can pretty much forget finding a place to sit here an hour before your flight, let alone a quiet place.
The one redeeming factor maybe the views of the tarmac, but those can be found at the other lounges as well. I very much prefer the Global First Lounge upstairs. Anyway the bottom line is: it is in need of refurbishment and renovation.
